I have moved nine times and understand the needs of both buyers and sellers. I am available from 8:00 in the morning until 11:00 at night to answer any questions or address any issues that may be troubling you. There are no silly or trivial questions concerning real estate. Your home is the biggest investment that you undertake. You want a knowledgeable and caring professional who puts you and your interests first.
I pride myself on working to achieve the most aggressive negotiating strategy to bring about the highest price for the home seller in this difficult market. I also utilize my negotiating skills to get the lowest price for my buyers so that they can afford the home of their dreams.
